Human resource software has become hot. Late last year Salesforce.com bought Toronto's Rypple, SAP bought SuccessFactors and earlier this year Oracle bought Taleo.

Kinexa, which?has some 8,900 customers and?operates in 21 countries, including Canada where it has an office in Toront. In addition?to its software, the company's 2,100 employees include an HR consulting division.
